Why I Chose Coaching

I value sharing this experience to support others on their own journeys of change
I have rebuilt my career more than once.
Those who know me professionally are aware of my background in corporate and entrepreneurial roles, my experience of building and selling my own brand, my relocation to the UK, and my current role as a QHSE Manager in corporate life here in the United Kingdom.
But what has shaped me the most is not only my career path — it is the real lived experiences within that journey.
I have rebuilt my career more than once. I have gone through change, uncertainty, relocation, and multiple cycles of reinvention. Each time, I had to redefine myself, reposition my direction, and rebuild a new sense of balance.
Through this journey, I began to notice something very clearly — both in myself and in the women around me:
Many professional women quietly navigate significant life phases on their own.
On the outside, they appear strong, successful, and fully in control. Yet internally, they may be experiencing fatigue, pressure, identity questioning, and at times a quiet sense of disconnection from themselves.
This becomes even more intense during midlife and menopause, especially when combined with demanding career responsibilities.
And yet, many women continue to go through this in silence.
My transition into coaching
This awareness gradually led me into coaching.
Because I realised this is not only a professional topic — it is deeply human.
Midlife transitions, menopause, career pressure, and identity shifts are not separate experiences. They are interconnected and affect the body, mind, emotions, and identity all at once — as a whole system of transformation.
This is why I decided to deepen my work in this area and completed my ICF-accredited Professional Coaching training as well as CPD Executive Menopause Coaching.
Most importantly, I began to understand this work not only through theory, but through lived experience.
My own method: Root to Result Method
This field is not only a professional expertise for me. It has been shaped by my lived experience.
I have rebuilt my career multiple times; each time going through change, uncertainty, and reinvention firsthand. This allows me to bring not only professional knowledge, but also deep empathy into my work.
In my practice, I use my own developed framework: the Root to Result Method.
This is a method I created based on one core principle:
Sustainable transformation does not come from changing the surface — it comes from understanding what lies beneath it.
Rather than focusing only on visible outcomes, this approach works with the root causes — the thought patterns, emotional cycles, belief systems, and lived experiences that shape behaviour and identity.
The aim is not temporary change, but lasting, sustainable transformation.
What I do today
Today, my work focuses on the intersection of career, leadership, and life transitions for professional women.
Not only menopause.
Not only career development.
Not only leadership.
But the space where all of these meet:
identity, reinvention, and sustainable transformation.
Midlife & Menopause Coaching
Reconnecting with yourself — in your body, mind, and life.
Midlife and menopause are not only physical transitions. They are profound identity shifts that affect energy, emotions, and self-perception at the same time.
This stage is often experienced in silence. Life continues on the outside, while internally a new sense of self is taking shape.
In this space, we work on:
rebuilding self-confidence and inner trust
managing emotional fatigue, mental load, and invisible pressure
rediscovering identity beyond roles, expectations, and past definitions
developing a more compassionate and accepting relationship with the changing body
navigating physical and emotional transitions with awareness and balance
rebuilding inner stability, calm, and resilience
reconnecting with yourself and feeling “at home” within who you are
This process is not about going back to who you were.
It is about consciously, confidently, and gently becoming who you are now.
Career & Leadership Coaching
Leading without losing yourself in the process.
Professional success often looks strong and stable from the outside. Yet internally, it can bring pressure, uncertainty, constant performance demands, and a sense of losing direction.
This work focuses not only on career steps, but on how you show up as a leader.
Together we work on:
developing strong and authentic leadership presence
gaining clarity during career transitions and redefining direction
managing workplace pressure, stress, and burnout cycles
strengthening communication, visibility, and decision-making skills
redefining success independently from external expectations
building a more sustainable, balanced, and long-term professional life
Corporate Wellbeing & Women’s Workshops
Creating workplaces where women feel seen, supported, and understood.
I work with organisations through:
employee wellbeing and resilience programmes
menopause awareness and workplace education sessions
women in leadership development programmes
psychological safety, communication, and trust-building initiatives
team collaboration and team dynamics development
leadership communication and workplace culture improvement workshops
change management support for leaders and teams
culture development and sustainable workplace practices
employee engagement and retention strategies
burnout prevention and stress management programmes
communication awareness and listening skills development
The aim is to create more open, inclusive, and sustainable workplace cultures.
Executive Coaching & Mentoring
Supporting leaders through change, growth, and reinvention.
With experience in corporate leadership, entrepreneurship, and international relocation, I bring both strategic and human perspectives into my coaching work.
This area focuses on:
building sustainable success with SMART goals and clarity
strengthening leadership presence through effective communication
creating trust, impact, and alignment within teams
managing change processes with strategy and balance
developing a strong and authentic leadership identity
redefining career and life direction with clarity
strengthening resilience during uncertainty and pressure
gaining clarity of direction and purpose in decision-making
Why coaching matters
Because many women share a similar experience:
On the outside they appear strong, but inside they feel exhausted. They are successful, but disconnected from themselves. They are in control, but feel alone in the process.
Coaching creates a space where you do not have to carry everything alone.
A space for clarity, awareness, and reconnection.
Where I am today
Today, I know this clearly:
The transformation women go through in midlife and life transitions is not something to be silently endured.
It is a powerful opportunity for reinvention, realignment, and conscious rebuilding of life.
In this work, I support women by combining my corporate experience, coaching qualifications, menopause and midlife expertise, and lived experience.
Final note
This journey is not just a profession for me.
It is something I have lived through, walked through, and continue to deepen every day.
Because I truly believe that transformation begins with understanding the root.
And I value sharing this experience to support others on their own journeys of change.
